Using custom size paper for Hallmark Cards software cards

I want to use a custom size paper that is not in the list of choices for printing cards.  Is this possible?  Thanks

If your printer supports a custom paper size, the Hallmark program should have the option to print to that custom paper size.  How this is done is going to vary by printer.  If your printer does not support custom paper sizes, you will not be able to print to a custom size paper in Hallmark.

Some printers will allow you to save a custom size's settings with a selected name.  Others will only have a single generic custom size option labeled something like "Custom" or "Custom Size".  If your printer allows you to save the custom size under a unique name, once you save that size's settings, that unique name should appear on the list of paper selections on the Print screen in Hallmark.  If the printer uses a generic name, then that generic name should show up in the list of paper selections on the Print screen.

I went through these steps of making a custom size and it shows up on the program but does not print correctly.  The bottom gets cut off.
